Stellar is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and growth-minded Training Coordinator to help build and scale our company-wide training platform across multifamily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building scalable programs, improving operational execution, and developing high-performing teams.The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, organizing, and managing Stellar's training platform across all on-site roles. This is a coordination and orchestration role-not the sole creator or trainer-but the central driver ensuring training is structured, scalable, and effectively executed across the portfolio.This position leverages internal subject matter experts, third-party partners, and industry resources to build a multi-dimensional training platform aligned with Stellar's policies, processes, tools (PPTs), and performance expectations.The Training Coordinator ensures training is not just delivered-but tracked, measured, and tied to operational performance outcomes (occupancy, leasing conversion, renewals, maintenance execution, and resident experience).Core Responsibilities1. Training Platform Development & StructureBuild and continuously refine a multi-dimensional training framework, including:Position-Based TrainingRole-specific curriculum (Manager, APM, Leasing, Maintenance)Experience -level tracks (Year 1, Year 2, advanced progression)Clear sequencing and competency milestonesSkill-Based TrainingLeadership & coachingLeasing & closing performanceCustomer experience & conflict resolutionOperational execution (KPIs, systems, processes)Needs-Based TrainingLease-ups and occupancy recoveryUnderperforming property interventionNew system/process rolloutsEvent-Based TrainingQuarterly Management & Maintenance ConferencesAnnual Leadership Conference (ALC)Budget Boot Camps and strategic sessions2. Content & Resource ManagementSource, organize, and maintain training materials across formats:Digital modules (LMS or shared platforms)Playbooks, SOPs, and guidesVideo, audio, and live session contentEnsure all materials are aligned with current Stellar PPTs and standardsContinuously update content as processes, tools, and strategies evolveIntegrate industry best practices and vendor-provided training resources3. Training Delivery & Coordination (30% delivery, 70% coordination)Coordinate training delivery across multiple formats:Virtual (self-paced and instructor-led)In-person sessions and workshopsSchedule and manage all training calendarsIdentify and coordinate trainers:Internal leaders (Regionals, SMEs)External partners and industry providersEnsure consistent execution across properties and teams4. Performance Tracking & AccountabilityImplement systems to track training completion, participation, and effectivenessIdentify performance gaps and deploy targeted training solutionsProvide regular reporting to leadership on training impact and progress5. Industry Research & InnovationContinuously research multifamily and adjacent industry training trends, including:Centralized learning platformsMicrolearning and on-demand training modelsAI-enabled training tools and role-play simulationsEvaluate and integrate third-party training providers and certificationsBring forward new ideas to improve efficiency, scalability, and engagement6.
