Current college or university enrollment. Any major, any class year. No sales experience required. A willingness to talk to strangers. On the phone or in a doorway. You can earn a business owner's next fifteen minutes. A high tolerance for volume, and for no. Prospecting is a numbers game before it is a skill game. You dial the next one after a rough call. Something you can talk about in numbers. A job, a sport, a club, a fundraiser. Whatever you have done, tell us what it added up to. You use feedback on the next call, not next week. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Some days you are in the field with a rep. A real sales experience. Weekly skill development all summer. A team that wants you to win.
