Position Overview:  

We are seeking a paralegal to support Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams in negotiating, drafting, and managing a variety of commercial agreements. This is an in-house opportunity with high visibility and growth potential within a mid-sized pharmaceutical organization. 

Roles and Responsibilities:  

\n
• Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, CDAs/NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, supply agreements, and clinical trial agreements  
\n
• Support contracting activities within the life sciences industry , ensuring alignment with internal policies and business objectives 
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Compliance within an FDA-regulated environment  
\n
• Identify contractual risk and provide practical, business-oriented solutions 
\n
• Maintain contract templates and support contract lifecycle management processes 
\n
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the Legal function 
\n

Qualifications:  

\n
• B.A. with 3+ years of legal, paralegal, or contracts experience preferred.
\n
• 3+ years of experience independently reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements in a corporate or in-house environment 
\n
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry 
\n
• Familiarity with contracting in an FDA-regulated environment 
\n
• Extensive knowledge of corporate governance, intellectual property, employment litigation, and HR-related law 
\n
• Prior experience as a corporate paralegal at a pharmaceutical manufacturer preferred 
\n
• Strong organizational, customer service, and project management skills 
\n
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to start immediately 
\n

Compensation & Benefits  

\n
• Base salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience) 
\n
• Annual performance-based bonus eligibility 
\n
• Comprehensive benefits package
