This role is primarily responsible for acting as a spotter for installation crews, ensuring safe work practices and supporting technicians during the installation of cable infrastructure.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Serve as a spotter for cabling and construction crews working in active jobsite environmentsMaintain awareness of personnel, equipment, and surrounding work areas to promote safe operationsAssist technicians with material handling and jobsite organizationSupport structured cabling installations, including fiber optic, Cat5, and Cat6 infrastructure as neededHelp with basket tray installation and cable pathway preparationCommunicate effectively with crew leads and project teams regarding site conditions and safety concernsFollow all site safety policies and proceduresMaintain a dependable attendance record and arrive ready to work each day
